A 21-year-old man in Tirana has been arrested by the Police, suspected of forging identity cards and using them to apply for loans.
Through a notice, the Police announced that this citizen was forging identity cards, using his photo and data from other citizens, and with them he applied for and obtained loans ranging from 1,000 euros to 3,400 euros.
As a result of the investigations, 9 cases of loans being obtained by this citizen after applying with false documents have been documented, writes A2 CNN.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.

1 vehicle, suspected forged identity cards, 2 mobile phones and 20 SIM cards were seized.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Investigation Section, as a result of investigations conducted for several weeks, under the direction of the Tirana Prosecution Office, organized and finalized, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force of the Tirana Police Department, the police operation codenamed "Identity", as a result of which the citizen was arrested and put in handcuffs:
