The Tirana Court has today imposed the security measure 'house arrest' for citizen Ekerem Skureni, writes A2 CNN.
Ekerem Skureni was the driver of the vehicle that a few days ago hit 3 minors who were riding 2 skateboards on "Dëshmorët e Kombit" Boulevard in Tirana.
All three minors were injured in the accident, one of whom is in serious condition and in danger of death.
The public still does not know the clear circumstances of this accident and whether the Tirana Court acted correctly or not with this decision. (A2 Televizion)
