The capital's police have solved the incident that occurred yesterday evening in the Fresku area, where 28-year-old Juglen Abazi was injured with a gunshot. The police have identified and declared the perpetrator of the young man's injury wanted, while they have arrested one of his associates.
"Following intensive investigative actions to fully clarify the incident that occurred yesterday evening, on "Thoma Filipeu" Street, in Fresk, where 28-year-old JA was wounded with a gunshot, specialists from the Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes against Life and Property have identified the suspected perpetrator and his two accomplices. Following the procedural actions:
The suspected perpetrator of the injury, citizen KC (L.), 26 years old, resident of Tirana, was declared wanted for the criminal offenses of "Intentional Murder" and "Unauthorized Possession and Production of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition";
-Citizen Xh. Q., 27 years old, resident of Tirana, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime";
- Citizen AG, 26 years old, resident of Tirana, was declared wanted for the criminal offense of "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime".
From the investigative actions it is suspected that the two above-mentioned citizens helped the suspected perpetrator to leave the scene. The police continue their work to capture the citizens declared wanted and to fully document this event legally.
