Police have announced that they have arrested a 49-year-old man in Durres after he is suspected of shooting a shotgun at a vehicle on the "Manzë-Maminas" road.
According to the police, Ardian Hoxha, who is suspected of shooting with a shotgun at the vehicle of a 26-year-old man, with whom he had a conflict over a wrong maneuver in traffic, has been arrested in flagrante delicto.
"Immediately after the announcement that on the "Manzë-Maminas" road axis, a citizen had fired a shotgun at the vehicle of another citizen, due to a momentary conflict, due to a wrong maneuver with the vehicle, the services of the Manzë Police Station went to the scene to arrest and bring the perpetrator to criminal responsibility.
As a result, the perpetrator of this case, citizen AH, 49 years old, resident of Manzë, was caught red-handed and put in handcuffs.
The shooting only caused material damage.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further action," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
