The Special Prosecution Office has closed the investigations into Ilir Beqaj in the "Saspac" file, reports A2 CNN.
Today, the former minister was escorted to SPAK, where he was informed of the charges.
Beqaj has been charged with "corruption", "violation of equality in tenders", "falsification of documents" and "concealment and failure to declare assets".
