The serial stalker from French prisons returns. 35-year-old Shkodran Fabjan Dodaj is not coming to his senses, as he continues with his passion for threatening and blackmailing Albanian girls through social networks.
For the first time, his name became public in August of last year, when, even though he was in prison cells where the law stipulates that a convict cannot carry a cell phone, the young Albanian possessed one, and through fake addresses he opened accounts on Instagram and Tik-Tok and published denigrating photos of various girls.
A year ago, the police would officially declare that the 35-year-old had been documented in over 60 such cases and, in cooperation with French authorities, his cell phone was blocked in his cell.
But now, after a year, his name is back in the hands of the police and again with the same story. Opening fake addresses with names and photos of Albanian girls and denigrating descriptions on them.
He is currently being investigated by the Tirana Prosecutor's Office, following a complaint filed against him by a 32-year-old woman. The young woman told investigators that he has been harassing her with denigrating and threatening messages on the social network Instagram for a long time.
This is not the first case to be reported, and it seems that it will not be the last. A few months ago, he was also reported to the Lezha police for stalking. But again, it seems that Fabjan Dodaj manages to secure mobile phones by putting them in the "Lyon Cobras" prison in France, where he is serving a sentence for the criminal offenses of "Theft with serious consequences" and "Criminal conspiracy".
