A 67-year-old man has been arrested by police in Fier, accused of fraudulently selling an apartment twice.
"The specialists of the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section, after the complaint made by citizen IB, 45 years old, resident of Fier, that several other citizens lived in the apartment he had purchased in 2016 from citizen Uj. V., conducted verifications of the case, which resulted in the fact that citizen Uj. V., in 2024, had sold this same apartment to citizen MD, 32 years old.
At the end of the investigative actions, citizen Nj. V., 67 years old, resident of Fier, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Fraud".
"The procedural materials were referred to the Fier Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced. (A2 Televizion)
