Albanian in Italy is killed by fellow countryman, in front of his son

A serious incident has been recorded in the Pordenone region of Italy, involving two Albanian citizens. Italian media report that a 43-year-old Albanian was shot dead by a fellow countryman.

Vladimir Topjana was shot three times in the head at the height of an argument with the 30-year-old perpetrator. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. in front of the “Bar Sporting”, home of the Milan club, in the town of Fontanafredda.

The argument between the victim and the perpetrator took place outside the club on Buonaroti Street. A person from the bar approached to quell the heated argument when, according to the reconstruction, the 30-year-old suddenly pulled out his gun and started shooting.

According to reports, Topjana was executed in front of his son. He had gone to watch the match between Roma and Juventus, accompanied by his 17-year-old son. The victim worked as a driver for a company and lived in Cordenons with his family.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator tried to escape in a white Audi, but was arrested after midnight by police in the Orsago area. (A2 Televizion)
