The first hearing on the merits of the case against former Minister of Health Ilir Beqja has been postponed. The reason was the request of his lawyer, Ermal Yzeiraj, who said that the prosecution has not informed us of its position in written form on why the criminal offense was reclassified, after verbally agreeing with the judge's decision in the previous hearing.
"We don't know how many pages this decision is and we want to know what this act contains," said the lawyer.
We recall that in the previous session, Judge Flojera Davidhi reclassified the criminal offense from abuse of office to theft by abuse of office, within the framework of a structured criminal group.
