The Special Court postponed to January 28 the court session against the former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, reports A2 CNN.
In today's session, 2 of the experts who compiled the technical-military expertise act in the file were presented. They did not provide an explanation, as Mediu's lawyers filed a motion with further questions for them.
In order to give time to the experts, 6 in total, the court postponed the session to the maximum period, while directing the experts to answer only the questions in their field of expertise and not those of a legal or legal nature. (A2 Televizion)
