The fire started by the wood stove almost killed an elderly couple in Frakull i Fieri. The flames spread rapidly, endangering their lives, since at that time they were in the room next to the one where the wood stove was located and from where the fire started.
It was a neighbor and relative who happened to see the flames coming out on the roof and immediately asked for help. With the help of other neighbors, he was able to get the two elderly people out of the apartment.
The police and the fire service arrived at the scene and made it possible to extinguish the flames, which could also spread to the surrounding apartments.
