Meanwhile, a 31-year-old Albanian was extradited from Barcelona, accused of selling and trafficking narcotics.
More concretely, to the 33-year-old from Palestine, the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Aiding for illegal border crossing", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organizations and structured criminal groups".
He is accused of being the organizer of a criminal group, which from 2020, has committed several cases of providing assistance to immigrants from the Middle East, against payments, for illegal passage to EU countries, through sea and land routes.
Meanwhile, the 31-year-old Gj. Mr., born in Sukth, the GJKKO has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics", "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and group of structured criminal".
