SPAK demands the confiscation of Florenc Çapjas' assets

The Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime has recently asked the Special Court to confiscate the seized assets of citizen Florenc Çapja.

Florenc Çapja is a well-known character of the world of crime in the city of Elbasan, accused of "providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" to the detriment of the citizen Sokol Sanxhaktari, committed in collaboration.

According to SPAK, it turns out that the seized assets are unjustified from legal sources and therefore it is assumed that they are the result of the criminal activity of Florenc Çapia.

The seized assets for which confiscation is requested are:
