A2 CNN has obtained the testimony of the 18-year-old waiter who was raped by the former head of Vlora Traffic, Ardian Isufi, in the premises of a hotel in the Skela area.
The young man said that the conflict started over a bottle of water, while he was serving as usual. According to him, the Police Officer, together with another person, raped him without any strong reason.
He said he was punched and slapped in the face and neck, adding that the manager of the bar was also present at the scene.
We recall that the officer was temporarily suspended by the Police until the details of the incident are fully clarified.
"Two gentlemen came and sat at the table, someone else took the order and simply told me what to bring. The order was a large bottle of water, a small one and a macchiato."
He didn't want one of the water. He told me to take the water away and I said ok, just don't curse or insult, because the other one did it unintentionally too. The two men, aged 40 and over, came and followed me to the counter. I told him to please don't touch it. The manager was there too.
"He slapped me once and punched me twice. For a water bottle, he hit me again, in the face and neck. He also threw my glasses at me, good thing they didn't break them. I just turned 18," said the waiter. (A2 Televizion)
