The Special Court has acquitted the deputy of the Democratic Party, Gazmend Bardhi, accused of "slander committed globally".
Bardhi was sued for defamation by OSHEE in connection with a statement made on October 18 of last year where it was said that OSHEE has manipulated the percentage of electricity loss in the network, writes A2 CNN.
For this statement, the leader of the PD group also filed a criminal complaint with SPAK on suspicion of abuse of office. In Wednesday's session, prosecutor Anita Jella confirmed that a criminal proceeding has been registered and investigative actions are being carried out. (A2 Televizion)
