The Durrës Court has put Kreshnik Farruku under house arrest, the most wanted man with 10 names who surrendered today to the Police together with his brother, Erneo Farruku.
Through an announcement, the Court announced that this decision comes after the Court of Brescia imposed on him the security measure of 'imprisonment' for the crimes "Criminal Organizations" and "Trafficking in narcotics".
We recall that in May 2019, Kreshnik Farruku was arrested in Spain, together with his brother and another member of the tribe.

Petitioner: The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Durrës General Jurisdiction, represented in the trial by prosecutor A. Bebeçi.
Wanted person: KB alias SF (K.), son of R. and Xh., born in 1974, born and resident in A., M., Durrës, with Albanian citizenship and nationality, with no criminal record . Defended in the trial by Av.A. Hoxha, elected by declaration at the session.
Object: 1. The approval of the temporary arrest for the purpose of extradition of the citizen KB alias SF (.), after the Court of Brescia, Italy with decision No. 12042/2020 RGNR-5352/2021 RI GIP, dated 29.08.2024, assigned to him as a security measure "Arrest in prison", as a suspect for the crimes "Criminal Organizations" and "Trafficking of narcotic substances" provided for by the criminal legislation Italian.
2. Assigning to him the measure of personal security "Arrest in prison" provided by article 238 of the Criminal Code, with the purpose of extradition, for the account of Italian Justice.

Decided
1. The approval of the temporary arrest of the Albanian citizen KB alias SF (K.), son of R. and Xh., born in 1974, after the Court of Brescia, Italy with decision No. 12042/2020 RGNR-5352/2021 RI GIP, dated 29.08.2024, assigned to him as a security measure "Arrest in prison", as a suspect for the crimes "Criminal Organizations" and "Trafficking of narcotic substances" provided for by the criminal legislation Italian.
2. The appointment of the measure of personal security "House arrest", provided by article 237 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to the person under investigation KB alias SF (K.), a measure which will be executed in his apartment located on Rruga "FN", A., M., Durrës, (according to his statement at the hearing).
3. The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës is ordered to execute this decision.
4. An appeal can be made against this decision within 5 days in the Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, starting from the day after the communication of the reasoned decision.
