Two people have been arrested in Tirana for burglaries of apartments and markets, with the finalization of the codenamed police operation "Shadow Hunt",
6 cases of thefts have been uncovered and documented, allegedly committed by EG, 34 years old, resident of Bulqizë, and OL, 38 years old, resident of Tirana.
From the entirety of the investigative actions carried out, it has resulted that the two arrested are perpetrators of thefts in several apartments, specifically:
– On 29.12.2024, a large amount of money was stolen from the apartment of citizen MN.
– On 12.01.2025, a large amount of money was stolen from the apartment of citizen HM.
– On 22.01.2025, various items were stolen from the market of citizen MK
– On 24.01.2025, several valuables were stolen from the apartment of citizen OP.
– On 27.01.2025, a large amount of money was stolen from the apartment of citizen LH.
– On 02.02.2025, they stole the amount of 7000 euros from the pharmacy of citizen DJ
They studied the places and apartments they robbed and operated late at night, entering through the windows or roofs of the apartments.
As material evidence, an amount of 1,600 euros was seized, which turned out to be stolen from the aforementioned apartments. (A2 Televizion)
