Two of the perpetrators of the murder of 23-year-old Renis Dobra have been arrested, an event that occurred a few days ago where the young man's lifeless body was found near Lake Shkopet.
Petrit Çakrri and Fatjon Bushgjoka, arrested in Tropoja and Tirana, have been placed in handcuffs, writes A2.
