The Korça Court has sentenced 4 defendants, including Martina Pajollari, to 83 years in prison for the murder of Martin Çeço.
The families of Valter Mollaj and Edlir Mollaj, sentenced to 25 and 23 years in prison, object to this murder because, according to them, these are not the perpetrators.
They say that on the night of the incident, the two Mollaj cousins were in the apartment and not in the village of Kolanec, where the victim lived.
From communications with Valter and Edlir Mollaj, who are serving their sentences in Peqin prison, neither of them has accepted the charges filed by the Korça prosecution.
Meanwhile, Martina Pajollari's mother says she lied in her statement due to pressure from judicial police officers.
Martina Pajollari was also sentenced to 20 years in prison, and Bledi Angjo to 15 years in prison. All 4 of these people are accused of the 2022 incident, in which 26-year-old Martin Çeço was killed, whose body was found in the waters of the Kolanec reservoir. (A2 Televizion)
