A 35-year-old Ukrainian woman has been declared wanted by the Police in Vlora, as it is suspected that in collaboration with a Russian citizen (previously declared wanted), they had rented a premises for practicing prostitution.
Through a statement, the Police announced that two other Ukrainian citizens have also been criminally prosecuted for practicing prostitution.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further action.

Vlora - A police operation codenamed "Missed call" is being carried out to identify and crack down on cases of renting apartments for prostitution.
Efforts are underway to capture a 35-year-old woman from Ukraine, identified as an accomplice to a Russian citizen, currently wanted, for renting an apartment in the "Pavarësia" neighborhood, to use for this illegal activity.
Two other Ukrainian citizens are being prosecuted for engaging in prostitution.
Based on checks based on police intelligence information, with the aim of ascertaining and cracking down on cases of renting premises to adapt them for prostitution, the Trafficking Investigation specialists of the Vlora Police Department have developed a police operational plan, codenamed "Missed call", as a result of which another case in this field was cracked.
During this phase of the “Missed call” operation, the Ukrainian citizen, M. Sh., 35 years old, was identified and declared wanted, because it is suspected that in collaboration with the Russian citizen KA, declared wanted on 03.02.2025, they exploited 2 other Ukrainian citizens for prostitution, in an apartment in the “Pavarësia” neighborhood. The materials were also referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated in a free state, for the 2 citizens who practiced prostitution.
The operation continues to capture the wanted citizens, as well as to crack down on other cases of this illegality.
