SPAK has presented new evidence in today's hearing against Festim Bexhdili, who is being retried in the Special Appeal for the kidnapping and disappearance of Jan Prenga.
The new evidence was the transcripts of Dritan Rexhepaj's SKY ECC conversations with Altin Hajri and Gentian Funiq, which SPAK received through letters from partners during April, writes A2 CNN.
Bexhdil's lawyer requested time to review the new evidence and the hearing was postponed to May 13. (A2 Televizion)
