The National Museum of Wiretapping "House with Leaves" has commemorated one of the most talked-about figures of visual art and architecture in the country. Maks Velo, wiretapped in his most creative years, but with unchanging ideas, arrived through readings even in the house that once wiretapped Albanians.
Through the readings and reflections of Maks Velos himself, the dimension of an artist whose controversies over freedom and rights made him an individual who never remained silent about his right and truth has been commemorated. Five years after Maks Velos's passing, art critic Abaz Hado and curator Gent Gjikola unveiled the multidimensional artist to young people.
The importance of this meeting was the emergence of the man who, even in difficult times, emerged as a free and courageous voice, right there in the house that once eavesdropped on Albanians.
