Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting this morning with SP MPs and candidates for MPs in Vlora.
During his speech, Rama criticized the current SP MPs, who he said have not been close enough to the Vlora community.
According to Rama, this has caused almost the entire closed list of SP candidates in Vlora to change, writes A2 CNN.
He also mentioned the two candidates for SP MP in Vlora, who, according to him, will be the 'two witches' who, according to him, will work to open this political force.
"We had to make a total change of team. Deputies who, beyond the fact that from a personal point of view, I consider them friends, but who have not radiated anything in relation to what they should radiate here in Vlora and above all who have not been able to create with the people and for the people that synergy between being citizens who share the same space and being their representatives, being close to them, crying out to them about their problems if they cannot solve them, etc.
I am sorry for this and I say this for all the people of Vlora, because what happens in this city and how we behave in this city also radiates to other territories. I do not mean Damian here, because he has many other commitments in Tirana, but I have it with those deputies who should stay here and be engaged here.
"I want to believe that of those on the closed list, and here I mean both Eriona and Zamira, I want to believe that they will be reference points here in the city for the people and will also be the two persistent witches to promote the opening of the SP," Rama said, writes A2 CNN.
