Only five minutes... that's how long the majority needed to open and close a session where they approved without presenting the budget for 2024.
The reason for this unprecedented parliamentary session was the action of the opposition, which under the motto of not allowing the majority to hold plenary sessions normally, saw two days of discussions.
Democrats and socialists appeared in the hall at 09:00, each party with its own strategy.
The opposition this time found even more guards in the hall. But the increased numbers of the guards failed to empty the pockets of the Democrats from the Flacadans.
Flag Noka lit them first, followed by several others creating a rainbow of smoke in the parliament. From the demonstrative acts, the opposition almost set fire to the hall with all the MPs inside.
This event seems to have excited the Speaker of the Assembly, who out of 73 socialists in the hall, voted 83 "for." With Nikola's votes, the work of the Assembly was closed, while Berisha announced the victory of the minority.
“It won a new victory in its battle of no return as it made it impossible for thieves to defend their theft. It made it impossible for Edi Rama to discuss the budget of the biggest theft in history. Those Flakadans burned the unconstitutional procedure there."
The voting of the acts was not a surprise.
"Thieves with parliamentary mandates. Within the SP group, they have the votes to approve the laws. Have patience and you will see the opposition's action step by step."
The majority minimized the situation, making it clear that they will follow the same strategy in the next session, when the final approval of the budget and fiscal package is expected.
What has worried the SP seems to be the leader of SPAK, Altin Dumani with his public attitude, that the investigation commissions requested by the opposition do not hinder the investigations of the Special Prosecutor's Office on the same issues.
"The head of SPAK should be the head of SPAK, the member of the Constitutional Court should be made by the members of the Court. We don't have a crisis, the crisis is between the opposition", declared the head of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party. (A2 Televizion)
