Member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Belind Këlliçi, stated on the show 'Debat' with journalist Alba Alishani on A2 CNN that the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has threatened BKH agents (which, according to him, also appears in the SPAK file filed against him).
Këlliçi also spoke about the role of the chairwoman of the Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, in this story, which is also under investigation by SPAK.
In a part of the file read by Këlliçi in the studio, Klotilda Bushka appears to have destroyed citizen Ina Goxhaj's cell phone, so that the evidence contained in it would not fall into the hands of SPAK.
"For 44 weeks, the Democratic Party and the Alliance for the Protection of the Theater have been protesting in front of the Tirana Municipality, saying that this delinquent who enters the office every day illegally is going to destroy evidence and justice must act immediately to prevent this man from destroying evidence."

On the other hand, the behavior of the citizen under investigation, Erion Veliaj, when it comes to the communication used with the BKH investigators and the courage shown by this citizen to leave his intimidating messages written to the proceeding body, clearly testifies to the personality of the latter. So we are talking about a mayor who has the courage to intimidate and blackmail the BKH investigators.' He threatened investigators not to question his family and social circle.
