"We want to prevent mass migration because it fuels human trafficking. In many cases, mass migration is human trafficking. There is nothing humanitarian, nothing compassionate about mass migration. The only people who benefit from mass migration are the traffickers ," reads the message from US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
