Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has accused parliamentary candidates and opposition representatives of violating the electoral code in Fier, but also other cities and districts of the country.
After voting in Fier, where she is also the political leader of the Socialist Party, Balluku thanked the candidates of her political force for their behavior.
"It has not been a very smooth process in the Fier Region, despite the fact that the SP has done its best to respect and not break the electoral code at any time. I want to congratulate all the candidates on the SP list for the exemplary behavior they have had today and will have until the end of this process, something that has not been respected by the candidates of other parties," she said.
Balluku warned of charges against opposition representatives who have violated the law. "We speak with facts, evidence. You have seen on the screens how the candidates for MPs on the DP list have violated everything from the electoral code. Not only in Fier, but also in other areas, they have entered the polling stations, they have put pressure on the commissioners. We will do what the law provides, these are charges that are made by the SP legal team here in Fier", she said. (A2 Televizion)
