Berisha receives British Conservative MPs, departs for Germany today

The May 11 elections, Rama's mismanagement and Soros' influence in the country were the topics discussed in Sali Berisha's meeting with British Conservative MPs Mr. Andrew Rosindell (Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs), Mr. Martin Vickers (Chairman of the Albania-United Kingdom Parliamentary Friendship Group), Ms. Philippa Broom, member of the Conservative Women's Board, and Mr. Pierre Plumeajau, advisor, whom he hosted yesterday at the DP headquarters.

"The topics of conversation focused on the great difficulties created by Rama's misgovernance and pursuit of extreme left-wing politics and Soros' influence in the country, and the necessity of a major upheaval that will eradicate the decay of institutions," the DP press office announced.

According to the DP, "Berisha informed the British MPs about the use of justice as a weapon against political opponents, and about the drastic depopulation of the country as well as the frontal war to annihilate the opposition."

Berisha emphasized that "the Democratic Party's program for the upcoming elections will be transformative for Albania."

He emphasized that the vote of the diaspora, including that in Great Britain, will be key to this change in Albania.

Meanwhile, today Berisha will leave for Germany where he will participate in the CDU Electoral Congress in Germany. According to the DP announcement, Berisha has received an official invitation as a representative of the Albanian opposition. The Congress gathers the leaders of the member parties of the European People's Party, which also includes the Democratic Party of Albania. (A2 Televizion)
