The count has closed for the Durrës Prison polling center, where the Socialist Party received the overwhelming majority of votes, A2 CNN reports.
According to official figures, the SP secured 148 votes, the DP 35, while the other parties only 3 votes in total.
Four socialist officials are also in this prison: Erion Veliaj, Ilir Beqja, Jurgis Çyrbja and Alqi Bllako. On May 11, they refused to vote in front of the cameras.
There are 240 prisoners in Durrës prison. 195 of them are allowed to vote while the rest are detained due to final sentences. (A2 Televizion)
