The American chief strategist of the Democratic Party, Chriss LaCivita, has landed in Tirana today, where he will be alongside Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha at the opening of the Alliance for a Greater Albania campaign.
A2 CNN has secured footage showing him alongside former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu, in one of the areas in the center of the capital.
