The chairman of the LZHK, also the leader of the 'Right for Development' coalition, MP Dashamir Shehi, has held a series of meetings in Italy with well-known Albanian and foreign businessmen.
One of these meetings was with Gianfranco Bruscoli, one of the largest entrepreneurs in the Pesaro area, who employs dozens of Albanian workers.
During his speech, the sheikh said that in Tirana and some coastal cities, construction is being carried out in an irregular manner, as was once done in Southern Italy or Spain.
"Tirana, Vlora, Durrës and other coastal cities are being built in a disorderly manner like in Southern Italy once. There must be a construction plan, so that we don't end up like some areas in Spain, where after 10 years it will no longer be possible to build, because all that concrete has been dumped into the sea," said Shehi.
Meanwhile, the same stance regarding construction was held by entrepreneur Bruscoli, who said that the negative effects of irregular construction are felt after several years.
"Think carefully about the future, because if a big straw fire starts today, after 5-10 years everything will be destroyed," said the businessman.
