MP Enkelejd Alibeaj, founder of "Djathtas 1912", has raised the issue of extending the mandate of SPAK prosecutors in the Parliamentary Committee on Laws.
Expressing one of the commitments of the Right 1912, Alibeaj said that this is a request presented by both SPAK and US representatives.
"This parliament has hypocritically applauded the justice reform in 2016, apparently. I see here that from the majority of the Electoral Code, no one speaks. In fact, this is a public obligation, that each of you should not lower your head, but should express yourself and you should now. So this is one of the issues that will have to take its place primarily to discuss and then show the clear and honest position before the justice system. We like it or we don't like it.
