"The issue of the movement of people is not a new issue and it is not an issue related to the power of the Socialist Party. The phenomenon of leaving Albania did not start in 2013. I am part of a parliamentary group called the group for population and development. I listened to experts and demographers to understand the reasons for the movement of Albanian citizens inside and outside the country. The census was a very good opportunity to understand the reasons for the movement of Albanians.
In fact, that movement of Albanians is happening for a better education and this is a very good thing because they are not moving because of the economy more than for a better education.
