Both the leader of Reestablishment and the head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party rejected the attempt of the ally Agron Duka to unite the opposition, describing Basha as a man who does not belong to the opposition but is used by Prime Minister Rama.

Berisha also used the statement after the meeting with the Parliamentary Group to announce changes in the government cabinet, which he says will be formalized at the December Congress of the Socialist Party.
