Socialist Party MP, Klotilda Bushka, has reacted after the announcement that she has been placed under investigation by SPAK, following the arrest of Tirana Mayor, Erion Veliaj.
Through a post on social media, Bushka expresses that she is surprised by her involvement in the investigation and writes that she does not understand the connection to this issue. She writes that she is a friend of Erion Veliaj and his wife, Ajola Xoxa.
"Have I spoken to Ajola during these months of hell that she is going through, being under terrible media pressure, except in a process that for me has many questions? Yes, I have spoken and will speak whenever she asks me or I ask her. As stated above, I have asked to be heard by the parliamentary group. This is really excessive and I can't wait to be heard by those who have also included my name in an investigation, without ever calling me," Bushka wrote. (A2 Televizion)
