Sali Berisha said that the case of the judge of the Special Court, Irena Gjoka, who according to him was convicted in Greece, is not the only one in this institution.
"She was a judge, she wrote that she was never convicted and never expelled from a country. There is no statute of limitations on lies. With that sentence, she could not be a judge, she automatically left the justice system. She was taken hostage with that sentence and is doing what she is doing. In the hierarchy, she was more important than the head of the prosecution (Altin Dumani), she was the head of the Special Court. It is not just her, there are dozens of others. They will leave the system. And they will be held accountable before the law. This is just the beginning of exposing the hidden things. These people do not need a second vetting, their documents are released and they go before the law," Berisha said in Debate by Alba Alishani on A2 CNN.
On Monday, after leaving SPAK, where he had gone to implement the "compulsory appearance" security measure imposed on him for the "Partizani" file, the leader of the Democratic Party published the decision of the Ioannina Court, which, according to him, shows that judge Irena Gjoka has been sentenced to prison for forgery:
"Edi Rama seeks to transform the Constitution into a "Duman Constitution". The man who heads the special court of Albanians was a shameless, immoral, characterless delinquent, sentenced to prison in neighboring countries. She was used as a slave by Edi Rama and the current regime. This monster, instead of serving her sentences, has been elevated to the position of president of the Special Court by Edi Rama, Taulant Balla, and has been abused by Altin Dumani. Since 2005, when she was convicted, a sentence that she has hidden, makes every decision of hers invalid, in accordance with the decisions of the Strasbourg Court. The document from the Ioannina Court in Greece shows that she has been sentenced to 3 months in prison and a fine of 1,500 euros", Berisha declared on Monday. (A2 Televizion)
