Many voting centers in Kavaja have not yet opened.
The Socialist Party says that the centers have not opened yet because the Democratic Party commissioners are not showing up.
According to them, this is because there have been changes in names.
The Democratic Party also confirms that there were problems with the minutes, which delayed the opening of some centers, but they say they are being fixed.
