The court session will take place on December 11, where Fredi Beleri's special request to be sworn in as the mayor of Himara will be examined.

The Special Court did not come out with a decision today on Beler's request for special leave from prison, postponing the hearing. The lawyers said they were rejected three times by the General Directorate of Prisons.

In the first two cases, the prisons have returned answers beyond the date set for the municipal council meetings. In this trial, they requested the annulment of the decision of September 8 of the DPB on the rejection of the special permit.
