Prime Minister Edi Rama hosted on Thursday a meeting with the European Union Enlargement Commissioner, Marta Kos, who is visiting Albania for the first time today.
The European Commissioner's planned agenda includes discussions with Albanian authorities on the accession process, the implementation of reform requirements, and EU-funded projects.
The Commissioner arrived at the Prime Minister's Office at 09:30, where she met with Prime Minister Edi Rama, Chief Negotiator Majlinda Dhuka, Speaker of Parliament Elisa Spiropali, and representatives of the opposition.
The Commissioner will also hold meetings with the heads of independent justice institutions, as well as with those from civil society organizations and students from the College of Europe and the University of Tirana. (A2 Televizion)
