Democratic Party MP, Luciano Boçi, has today attacked the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, and has also leveled serious accusations against the Special Prosecution Office.
Through a post on social networks, Boçi writes that Benet Beci sealed the political 'deflowering' of SPAK.
He also said that Benet Beci is a symbol of what happens when justice is no longer guided by evidence, but by the order of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

Today, Albanians no longer ask “Will SPAK act?”, but “Who is in control of SPAK today?” And the answer seems to begin and end with just one name.
He holds the reins, administers justice as and when he wants, appoints and dismisses judges, opens and closes files, and orders political "assassinations" for opposition enemies and those within the party.
This man is known to be the head of the organization. Name Rama.
What about SPAK itself?
SPAK, built on the promise that it would be untouchable, independent, honest – a virgin of the law in a society raped by corruption – publicly "deflowered" itself early on with the famous files 184, 339 and especially with the Berisha case and why not Meta.
And he did this without any shyness, in these processes where justice seemed more like a puppet swaying according to the political remote control.
But although he was often caught red-handed, with acrobatics of rumored strikes that would make the name of the establishment of weak task forces, he continued to publicly defend his long-lost honor.
