Analyst Ben Andoni has raised concerns about the infrastructure of the building of the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK).
During his speech on the 'Debat' show with journalist Alba Alishani on A2 CNN, Andoni said that a former MP had told him that when he went to SPAK, they put him in a room to testify with 3 other people, against his request to appear alone.
Andoni said that in his judgment he also blames the prosecutors serving in SPAK a little, since according to him, their fight was only for their well-being and salary and not for the institution, writes A2 CNN.
"I'm starting a little bit from the infrastructure. I had to contact a man who gave his testimony at SPAK. He was definitely reserved about what he said, but he said the same thing: 'I was worried that they put me in an office with 3 other people. I had asked to be alone.' One of the people who was once in Parliament and who also knew the law.
And I asked him why this is happening? He told me 'because SPAK continues to correspond and does not receive a response for this'. But I also blame the people of SPAK a little. Because to fight so much for your well-being, for your salary, you have to fight for the institution first, they have to be equal.
"Then a prime minister has this kind of moment, the moment when he has to speak calmly and explain the standards. It is understood that he is unhappy with what happened with Mr. Veliaj and Mr. Berisha, but this is spoken in a very gentle, very calm way so that people understand," Andoni said, writes A2 CNN.
