"In general, the districts are going to be winners and the result is going to be very good." This is the situation that Democratic Party Presidency member Enno Bozdo expects for his political force after the May 11 elections.
Invited Sunday evening to "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN, Bozdo stated that, among other things, the Rama government kept in power for more than a decade, what he described as a "certain segment across the ocean."
It was precisely this segment, according to the DP official, that kept the Democrats from power.
"There was a segment where Rama did everything and despite the opposition's complaints, the opposition's evidence, it was like hitting his head against a rubber wall."
However, it seems that the wind has started to blow in a different direction and this is being reflected.
"This is a situation that has been completely turned upside down. I think America has returned to its values and this is reflecting. In Europe in general and is reflecting and will eventually reflect in Albania as well."
While, returning to the electoral race, Bozdo admitted that the creation of new formations and their departure in "other directions" harms the democratic camp as a whole, taking into account the electoral system, however, he added that this is a reality that must be accepted.
Despite this, Enno Bozdo says that today the DP is in a very good position to challenge Edi Rama. And he did not hesitate to vow that if after May 11 the DP will be the one to lead the country, within 100 days "we will have an Albania that we have never seen before."
"Only if we leave it, Edi Rama can get a fourth term. If Rama wins, we will have a totally undone Albania. A never-ending soap opera of scandals and an Albania that is getting poorer," he added. (A2 Televizion)
