Democratic Party MP Oriela Nebijaj, who is aiming for a place on the blue seat list for the May 11 elections, commented on "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN, Alesia Balliu's ironic statement made by a television studio against her.
According to the DP candidate for the Elbasan primaries, Nebijaj was unable to defend her position due to the lack of activities with the base and citizens as a legislator.
"The primaries clearly showed that some people were inflated and pumped up by the media. I'm talking about figures like Oriela Nebijaj. They have been sold out more than they are. No one votes for a person who has the mind to comment on Big Brother and does not do the job for which they are paid as an MP," Alesia Balliu said in a television show.
Nebijaj stated that he has not heard the criticism in question and does not even know the person who directed it at him, but he said that he also welcomes opposing voices.
"I don't know what this girl said. Since she is one of the candidates in the Primary, I guarantee you that I don't know them all. Everyone has the right to think as they please, not only members of the DP, but all those who voted for me in 2021 have the right in this world to have their reservations, dissatisfactions or everything else," Nebijaj declared on "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN.
According to the Democratic MP, criticism is welcome, as Nebijaj believes it helps one grow in politics.
"As a young woman who received a half-term mandate at a really difficult time, not only for the Party but also for Parliament, which is why it was discussed at length as a moment and decision-making, I don't think there is much to discuss. I respect everyone's opinion and especially those who criticize me and have something, because I think they make me stronger and help me grow. Experience grows everyone. If I have the opportunity to be voted in, thank you, I will try to do my best. If not. There is room for everyone," she added. (A2 Televizion)
