The official Democratic Party sends to the Constitutional Court the agreement between Albania and Italy for the reception of immigrants and the establishment of camps in Lezhë.
This was announced by the deputy Kreshnik Çollaku, who stated that the Constitutional Court should examine the constitutionality of this agreement.
Meanwhile, a day ago, the Bardhi-Berisha group announced that the agreement will be sent to the court today with the signature of 28 deputies of the Democratic Party.
This step of the opposition comes a day after the agreement in question was ratified by the Council of Ministers in Italy.

• Suspension of the parliamentary procedure for the ratification of the "PROTOCOL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ITALIAN REPUBLIC AND THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA, FOR STRENGTHENING COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF MIGRATION".
• The declaration as incompatible with articles 3, 4, 7 of the Constitution and Law No. 43/2016 "On international agreements in the Republic of Albania" of the agreement signed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Italy.
