"PBDNJ knows where it has the greatest influence and these are the regions of Vlora, Gjirokastra, Korça and then Tirana. So the preferences would be in the same order of prioritization, but you are not always in a coalition and you do not decide alone. It will be the subject of joint decision-making", said Vangjel Dule - Chairman of PBDNJ.
But he had a clearer picture of where he would prefer to run. "I told you and I was clear about the preferential district, where you have the greatest influence, and this is known to be the Vlora district," said Dule.
Asked whether the Democratic Party's cooperation with Shpetim Idrizi's PDIU is a red line, Dule did not affirm such a thing.
"There are European values that are well-defined, anyone who serves these values is welcome. Anyone who is outside the European parameters in their programs and claims, there is no need for anyone to impose conditions, since self-exclusion also works," said Dule.
There was a call for all government officials who are committed to helping immigrants register to vote, remembering that they can also commit election crimes.
"We have already seen all the footage where the minister, not one, but two and even three, in videos and photographs monitoring the technical assistance process organized by the parties, if this process continues like this, there is a risk that the registration of immigrants will turn from an individual process into an instrument of its industrialization and the transformation of the vote into an electoral crime."
