The government convenes "urgently", the normative act of pensioners and diaspora voting money

The diaspora seems to be becoming the concern and the Achilles heel of the elections that are next year.

The money that will be allocated to the CEC will serve to cover the cost of voting from outside and for returning the envelope with the vote inside.
