Prime Minister Edi Rama ended his visit to Dibër in an unusual way.
Accompanied by music and dancing in the background, Rama himself played the drum on the occasion of the inauguration of the Maqellarë-Peshkopi road, writes A2.
"Here is the newly completed Maqellarë - Peshkopi road, which leads Arbri Street to the city center and successfully completes this work," Rama writes on Facebook.
