Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his column "Sy m'sy", stated that the opposition, which attacked him for the phrase "half of men are çyryk", while it itself considers the people "sick".
"What have I heard from some individuals who I don't know what motivates them to get up in the morning? In the "American Architect" survey, the conclusions were one crazier than the other. One more unbelievable than the other. One conclusion was that the people are sick of thinking that this country is going in the right direction, another was that there is an autocracy here," Rama declared, writes A2.
"These people have no idea what autocracy is. It wouldn't be their turn to appear on television if we were in a democracy. They wouldn't even have computers if we were in an autocracy. Another conclusion is that Rama bought them. These people who throw themselves at my throat because I say that half of men are çyryk, in the metaphorical sense, themselves say that the people are sick," the prime minister added.
