Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his next conversation with followers on social media, stated that the May 11 elections in Albania have geopolitical weight for the first time in history.
"On May 11, every Albanian and Albanian should go to vote so as not to lose a single second of EU integration. We must not create a shadow, that Albanians are wavering and there is no qualified majority. It is the first time in this process when Albania is aligned with the positive will of the EU", declared Rama, writes A2.
"A window of opportunity has opened and for the first time the vote of Albanians is a vote with geopolitical weight. Even more so in a world that is shaken by threats to security. We need unity and togetherness. All the rest are grains of sand. This window of opportunity is aligned with the European Union, it is a window of opportunity that can be closed and we can go to Avaz and the talks will come out, not the Netherlands, not France... We have an ambitious calendar in relation to integration," added the head of government.
