Democratic Party MP Edi Paloka has stated that former Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha has never been a leader.
Paloka made the comments in an interview on the show 'Off the Record' with journalist Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN, where he commented on the Rama-Basha distance replicas on social networks.
Paloka also said that Basha is now part of Albanian humor, taking cue from the recent videos he posts on social networks.
"Basha has never been a leader, he was the chairman of the DP, but never a leader. I was the deputy chairman, the person closest to him politically out of all the others. He has never been a leader. When they ask me now about Lul Basha, I have a formal answer. I do not follow Lul Basha now.
These memes and jokes come up on Facebook, but that's it, I don't care about anything else. It's part of Albanian humor, but it's become banal now. Someone told Lolita that Rama has found the strategist, he has taken Lul Basha.
"He is using someone who has been using him for 4 years. Rama has been in government for 12 years and has never made a program. The fact that evil has been normalized here is not a big deal for us," Paloka said, among other things. (A2 Televizion)
